Terms and conditions

Effective October 3, 2026. These terms govern access to Chatters Club and its browser extension. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions and support: info@chatters.club.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and authorized by the creator and workspace you represent. Keep credentials private, manage team access, and revoke unused devices. You are responsible for the permissions, notices, consents and lawful basis needed to process fan conversations and media. Do not submit data you lack authority to share with the service and its inference infrastructure.

Supervised assistance

The current extension generates suggestions and inserts reviewed drafts. You must review accuracy, tone, links, pricing and appropriateness before sending. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You remain responsible for messages, offers, representations and compliance with the rules of each platform. Chatters Club is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or the platforms and external providers you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harassment, fraud, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving minors. Do not bypass platform restrictions or misrepresent authority, identity, pricing or promised services. Obtain and respect all rights needed for creator media. Safety controls do not replace your responsibilities. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect users, satisfy legal obligations or address security incidents.

Content and service rights

You retain your rights in submitted content. You authorize us and necessary service providers to process it to provide, secure and support the service as described in the privacy policy. This permission does not authorize sale of private communications or shared-model training. You may use the extension for authorized workspace activity; do not infringe intellectual property or interfere with the service.

Downloads and updates

Website downloads are manually installed unpacked Chrome extensions, outside the Chrome Web Store. Browser and organizational policies may block installation. You are responsible for installing updates from our official download page and verifying the displayed version and checksum where practical. Unpacked extensions do not update silently. Service or platform changes may require an update, and compatibility or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Charges, termination and requests

Any paid plan, charges, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be supplied before purchase under a separate order or plan agreement. These terms alone do not authorize a charge. You may stop using the service and uninstall at any time; request account closure or data deletion at info@chatters.club. Uninstalling does not erase server data. Access may end for material violations or discontinuation, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.

Limitations and changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that generated output is correct or that external platforms will support it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be announced through the website or account communications. The privacy policy explains how data is handled.
