Privacy policy

Effective October 3, 2026. This policy covers the Chatters Club website, workspace, and browser extension. Contact info@chatters.club for privacy questions and requests.

What we collect and why

We process account email, display name, workspace roles, creator configuration, approved fan memory, media catalog metadata and sale settings to provide authorized creator assistance. Passwords are verified against stored hashes. Revocable sessions include device and client details, activity timestamps and a hashed IP address. Hosting infrastructure may log IP addresses, request paths and errors for security and operations.

When you enable a supported site and request a suggestion, the extension submits up to 50 recent messages from the current conversation, message directions and available timestamps and identifiers, creator selection, and your reply instructions. The service sends relevant conversation context, creator instructions, fan memory and eligible offer metadata to its configured AI inference service to generate a reply. Submitted message text and generated replies are stored in production, along with recommendation and safety records. Hashing conversation and fan references does not anonymize message text.

Supported-site settings include hostname, path and creator selection. Issue reports contain the page hostname/path, extension and site-definition versions, and the description you enter; transcripts are not automatically attached. Interface discovery, where used, sends a bounded structural description of the page rather than message text, form values or links.

Your choices and browser access

All sites start disabled. Consent in the extension is required before activation. You choose a supported site and request each suggestion; sending remains manual. Broad HTTP/HTTPS access lets the extension support administrator-published sites and communicate with the service. It does not authorize collecting unrelated browsing history. You can restrict site access in Chrome, disable a site, log out, revoke device sessions in the workspace, or uninstall the extension. Restricting access can prevent features from working.

Storage, recipients and security

The extension stores its session token, account-scoped site settings, creator list, consent and temporary generation state locally. Production data is processed by Chatters Club, its hosting infrastructure (currently Hostinger), and the configured inference server. Authorized workspace members can access creator configuration and fan memory according to their roles; platform administrators handle accounts, support, operational records and issue reports. Human access to personal communications must be limited to your explicit authorization, security investigations or legal obligations.

If a workspace enables an optional external media integration, the backend uses its creator-specific credential to request media metadata and preview or delivery links from the connected provider. That provider receives the requests needed to fulfill these actions. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are not returned to the extension or sent to the model. Opening a media preview connects your browser to the external provider. The provider is identified in the workspace integration settings; its own privacy policy governs its handling of these requests. Original media files are not submitted to text inference. Production API traffic uses HTTPS. Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country.

Support requests

If you submit the support form, we store your email address, subject, description and any installation method, extension version or website hostname you provide. Platform administrators can review these details and contact you to resolve your request. A temporary form-protection cookie and a daily hashed-IP counter help prevent forged submissions and spam; raw IP addresses are not saved in support tickets. Tickets remain until administrator-assisted deletion, including after they are marked resolved. Do not submit private conversations, passwords or API keys. You can request deletion at info@chatters.club.

Retention and deletion

Temporary recommendation jobs expire after one hour and are removed by scheduled server cleanup; local expired job entries are removed during extension maintenance. Sessions expire after 30 days or can be revoked earlier. Conversation text, recommendations, fan memory, account configuration, audit records and reports have no automatic general deletion schedule in the current release and remain until removed through supported controls or an administrator-assisted deletion. Backups and infrastructure logs may retain copies according to their operational lifecycle. Job expiry does not delete separately persisted conversation records.

Request access, correction, export or deletion at info@chatters.club, identifying your workspace without emailing passwords or transcripts. We verify authority before acting. Fans whose data is processed by a creator team can contact that team or us so we can route the request. Workspace administrators are responsible for lawful authorization, notices and consent for fan data. Applicable legal rights are preserved. Clear saved fan memory through its supported API; uninstalling removes extension-local data but does not delete server records.

Limited Use

Chatters Club limits browser-derived user data to its disclosed purpose: operator-supervised creator reply assistance and related security and reliability operations. Our use of information received through Chrome extension APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for personalized advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it for credit or lending decisions. Transfers are limited to providing the disclosed service, security, legal obligations, or a business transfer with explicit prior user consent. Conversation data is not used to train shared models as part of this service.

Cookies, age and changes

The workspace uses an essential HttpOnly session cookie and request protection; the support form uses an essential 30-minute form-protection cookie. The current website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. The service is for adults aged 18 or older and is not designed for children. This age restriction does not mean that all content is moderated or certified as safe for children. The service must not be used to process sexual content involving minors. Material changes to collection or use will be disclosed before the changed practice begins and renewed consent obtained where required. This page will show its updated effective date.
